Stephen Perdicaris has been a faculty member of the University of the Pacific since 1993. He received his B.M. degree from the University of North Texas and an Associate with Honors from the Royal College of Music in London.  He was also a member of the Sacramento Symphony from 1984-1996.  Mr. Perdicaris has performed and toured with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (England), the Houston Symphony and numerous local orchestras. He can be heard on recordings on the EMI and Summit Records labels. He has performed with conductors such as Sir Simon Rattle, Andre Previn, Robert Shaw and with performers including Tony Bennett, Sammy Davis Jr., Manhatten Transfer and many others. He is a member of the International Trombone Association, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, and Pi Kappa Lambda, and is a clinician for the Selmer Bach Corporation.
