A highly innovative program,the Philharmonic and Michael Morgan have started a Mini-residency program where professional musicians serve as "Artist in Residence" at schools and universities. These Artist in Residence coach, teach, and demonstrate for the students over the course of the year. Instead of a single visit, students get to know and develop relationships with the  musicians, further demystifying the lives of professional musicians.
